Join us on holiday in one of the best seaside resorts in France

We chose to head to Serre Chevalier, France because it offers a huge ski area with 81 runs and a plethora of off-piste in and above the treeline. Distributed along the valley ofFrom Briançon to Monêtier, the resort offers four distinct but connected areas.

Snow cover is reliable because Serre Chevalier the slopes are mainly oriented to the north and 80 percent of them are above 2000 m. And a third of the pistes have snow cover, so the snow is generally good even in a bad year.

The resort has a more relaxed atmosphere than big French rivals like Meribel and Valley of Isere and more down-to-earth prices to boot. It has been described as Provence on the slopes.

Prices are not something to worry about because at Club Med everything is included, well almost. We’re not just talking about breakfast, lunch and dinner, but your ski pass, your ski or snowboard lessons (whatever your level), off-road guidance and even all your drinks and entertainment, including nightclubs and shows. The only essential item that you will have to pay is the rental of skis or snowboards.

The Club Med ski-in ski-out resort is nestled at 1400m in the wooded valley of Briançon. It is made up of traditional wooden and stone chalets, in keeping with the rustic charm of the Ecrins National Park. And it comes with an indoor pool and spa facilities – always a after ski winner.

Club Med has been very proactive in ensuring that their vacation is as safe as possible against Covid-19. For example, the company has limited the capacity of its resorts to a maximum occupancy of two-thirds, reduced the capacity of its transfers, reinforced deep cleaning and disinfection of all surfaces and equipment, created protocols in the event of a suspected Covid-19 case, and set up a doctor and / or a nurse in each of its stations. In the snow Editor-in-chief Henry Druce will be on hand throughout the week to make sure everything is going well and to share some downhill time with you. He is a regular on ski trips for the Daily Mail and more recently the Telegraph and will go out of his way to make the trip a success.

At the start of the week, a welcome drink will be organized to help people mingle and get in the holiday mood. On the last night there will be a weekend party with great prizes.

It’s gonna be awesome – join us.
